Food Trucks

Food Trucks/Trailers are able to use McKinney Copper Kitchen as their commissary.

Requirements 

1. Must sign up to be a regular kitchen client (please see Getting Started)
2. Commissary service is $150/month and is a minimum six month commitment.
3. Services are auto-billed through Paypal each month. Paypal does not support automatic payment, client is responsible for checking email and paying monthly fee.

What we provide

• Completed city permit forms you provide as requested, notarization no extra charge (if required)
• Copies of our Health Permit and latest Inspection Report if requested
• 24/7 access to INTERIOR triple sink for washing dishes (no hourly charge)
• Clean restrooms
• EXTERIOR cooking oil/grease dump
• Dumpster for trash
• Hose for filling potable water tank and mobile food unit washout
• Disposal of waste water via sanitary sewer

What is not included in the monthly fee:

• Food products provided to mobile food unit
• Overnight parking/Storage is not included, or provided at our facility.
• Food storage is not included, or provided at our facility.
• Hourly rental of inside kitchen facility. Client must book and pay for hourly kitchen space. (see rates)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please provide 30 days notice if you wish to cancel the agreement. Upon cancellation any municipality involved will be notified that we no longer provide commissary services to your food business.
• Nonpayment of monthly commissary fee will nullify/void your status with us as your commissary. Your account will be canceled and appropriate city/county entities will be notified.
